Payments for swimming lessons and services are generally non-refundable. However, in special circumstances and at yuzmeogretmeniniz's discretion, refunds or credits may be granted.

2. Lesson Cancellation and Postponement:

If you wish to cancel or postpone your lessons, you must do so at least 24 hours before the lesson time. Cancellations or changes made during this time will be considered for rescheduling.

Cancellations or changes not made 24 hours prior to the lesson time may result in the lesson fee being charged.

3. Health and Emergencies:

If you need to cancel your lessons due to health issues or emergencies, you must notify yuzmeogretmeniniz immediately. Depending on your situation, alternative dates may be offered or refunds may be issued for canceled lessons.

4. Quality of Service:

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please report it to yuzmeogretmeniniz. Your complaints will be evaluated and, if possible, an appropriate solution will be offered. Problems with quality and service are usually resolved by rescheduling existing lessons.

5. Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, please contact your instructor and submit your request in writing. In order for your refund request to be processed, you must clearly state the date and reason for the request.

6. Return Process and Duration:

After the return requests are evaluated, in case of a refund, it may take a few business days to process the refund. The refund will be processed by the method by which the payment was made.
